Live countdowns
Every project shows a countdown to its deadline. When the time runs out it turns overdue and keeps counting, so nothing slips past you.
Deadlines · Clients · Invoices
Duefield keeps your projects, clients and invoices in one place. See a live countdown on every deadline, save the people you work with, and send invoices as a PDF.

Features
Three things decide how a project month goes: knowing what is due, knowing who it is for, and getting paid for it. Duefield does all three.
Every project shows a countdown to its deadline. When the time runs out it turns overdue and keeps counting, so nothing slips past you.
Add a client once with their company, tax number, address and email. Duefield fills them in for you on new projects and invoices.
Type straight into the invoice you are going to send. When it looks right, download it as a PDF.
Add your name, logo, tax number and payment details once. Every new invoice uses them automatically.
Send your client a link that shows the project status and countdown. They do not need an account to open it.
Mark work Active, In Revision or Done. Work waiting on client feedback shows as In Revision, not as late.
How it works
There is nothing to set up first. You add your work and the countdowns do the rest.
Type the name, client, price and due date. The countdown starts right away.
Projects sort themselves by what is due next, and late work moves to the top.
Turn the project into an invoice, add your items and download the PDF.
FAQs
Yes, and there is no limit on either. Active work is ordered by what is due next and anything late jumps to the top, so a full roster still reads as one list.
Yes. Currency is set on each project and each invoice, so one client can have a job in dollars and the next in pounds. Their total on the Clients page is listed per currency, never added together.
Set it to Awaiting Feedback. Use In Revision instead when you are the one making the changes. Both stop the project counting as late, and your client sees the same status on the share link.
The project turns overdue, the countdown keeps running to show how late it is, and it moves to the top of your list. Nothing is deleted or hidden.
No. Send them the project share link. It opens a simple page with the status and live countdown that nobody can edit. No signup, no password, nothing to install.
Yes. Save your logo, business name, tax number and payment details once, and every new invoice fills them in for you.
Not yet. A workspace belongs to one account, so there are no seats to manage and no permissions to set up. Everything in it stays private to you.
